It is not a good communication with all services at my current employer. I am pleased to integrate the departments. Ideas would be very useful.

I would like to know more about what your company and what the different departments with a better answer to this question. A simple way is to 1 person in each department will have an impact as departmental liaison for all, together, to discuss each department and / or business problems to be tackled. All departments links meet once a month or once a week, if necessary. If the services are great, you can assign two links department by department. They are also the contact person, if a department needs something from another. They would be responsible for the dissemination of information for the rest of his department.
