Yes you can. It is his courtroom rules. Dress better next time.
I agree with you that the OS not in the courtroom, "Judge", which is the hall of the community and work there paid for by the municipality.
However, there is also reality. And the reality is that there is no place for you to listen to complaints, with the exception of other judges who do not have at his side.
